We want to be your chargeback superhero!

We hate chargebacks; we mean, we REALLY hate chargebacks.

Like you, we ran our own businesses with pride and dedication to providing quality products and services to our customers.  Of course, there were times that things didn’t work out for one reason or another, which caused chargebacks.

We found out pretty quickly that responding to a growing number of chargebacks was quite painful, time-consuming, and never really resulted in a good return on investment.

On a search for a service to help us, we quickly found that the existing chargeback response services didn’t really work for us.  Typically, these services are targeted toward large companies with huge budgets – demanding long contracts and lengthy integration, not truly fully automated, and in many cases still requiring us to invest our time to complete the chargeback responses.

At the end of the day, we weren’t ready to lock ourselves into long contracts, spend a ton of money we couldn’t afford, and take up valuable development resources to integrate with those services.

Then we had our 'Aha!' moment – why not build our system to do it for us?

A system that would gather the chargeback, critical customer, and transaction details – then have the intelligence to properly enrich those details to maximize win rates and respond to the payment processor – all done in a fully automated process requiring no additional effort.

Once we put the system into action, we went from winning about 20% using our manual process to winning about 60% with our automated system. We knew we were on to something.

After years of success using our own chargeback response system and deep experience in the payment processing industry, we found that most small to medium-sized merchants weren’t consistently responding and/or were losing many of their chargebacks.

Clearly, we saw a need in the industry for a chargeback response service that was easy to set up, offered budget-minded transparent pricing, no long-term contract, no integration, and was truly fully automated. This is when ChargeSentry was born.
